Solihull Moors have completed the signing of teenage forward Ben Wodskou after Birmingham City released the youngster at the end of last season.

What happened?

The 19-year-old spent time on loan at Brackley Town and Yeovil Town in 2025/26 in the National League, scoring one goal in nine games for Yeovil and four goals in 21 appearances for Brackley.

Why it matters for Solihull Moors

Moors boss Chris Millington said: “Ben is an exciting young forward who has gained valuable experience at our level.” He’s a positive addition to the club due to the talent he brings with him and for his great potential going forward, as Solihull Moors look to build on their recent form, having won their last two games.

What comes next?

With their recent form showing 2W-1D-2L, and a 2-game winning run, Solihull Moors will be looking to continue their momentum, as they sit 14th in the National League with 56 points, 52 points behind leaders York, and having scored 71 goals while conceding 72, with a goal difference of -1. Their last result was a 4-1 win over Yeovil Town on 2026-04-25, and they will be looking to carry this form into their upcoming games.
