Solihull Moors have confirmed six players will leave the club after the 2025/26 campaign, with defender Alex Whitmore among those departing Damson Park. The club, currently 11th in the National League with their next fixture at home to Woking on 17 February 2027, have also offered a new contract to goalkeeper Laurie Walker.
Who is leaving Solihull Moors?
Bradley Stevenson, Emmanuel Sonupe, Alex Whitmore, Olly Tipton, Kyle Moseley and Aaron Flahavan are the six players released. Whitmore, who joined in November 2023, made over 100 appearances for Moors and played every minute of the 2025/26 season. He also featured in the Promotion Final and FA Trophy final at Wembley during the 2023/24 campaign.
Which players are staying?
Twelve players remain under contract for next season: Jamey Osborne, Conor Wilkinson, Jacob Wakeling, Oscar Rutherford, Cameron Green, Callum McFarlane, Ben Worman, Scott High, Kian Ryley, Tyler French, Charlie Watts and Finn Howell. Laurie Walker, who started all 46 league games this term, has been offered a new deal.
What about loan players?
Seven loanees-Tobi Sho-Silva, Will O’Sullivan, Joe Sbarra, Dan Cox, Isaac Moore, Darius Lipsiuc and Lewis Baines-have returned to their parent clubs. Manager Chris Millington thanked all departing players for their contributions, singling out Whitmore’s durability and Walker’s consistency.

The club are now focused on building a squad to complement their retained players ahead of the 2026/27 season. Millington praised the commitment of this season’s loanees and left the door open for future returns.
